Static QR codes

Static QR codes, free and unlimited

Paste one URL and make a QR record you can print, save as PDF, or export as HTML. Raw QR records encode your destination directly and use no credits on any plan.

What static actually means

The squares are the data. A phone pointed at a static code reads your URL straight off the paper — no lookup, no redirect, no account being checked on our side. That is why a static code keeps working even if the tool that made it disappears.

Static or dynamic — the honest trade

A raw QR record encodes your URL directly. Its destination cannot be changed in the printed code, and scanning it does not pass through ČITTAM. The destination website and scanner may have their own data practices. A hosted static link keeps a fixed destination but resolves through ČITTAM; a dynamic QR link lets an active Starter or Pro subscriber change the destination using credits. Hosted links can show aggregate scan counts without per-scan visitor records.

Unmetered on every plan

Raw QR records and Print, PDF and HTML exports use no credits. Credits pay for hosted links and dynamic destination changes; dynamic creation and changes also need an active Starter or Pro plan. Paid plans add cloud sync and watermark removal. A free account is enough for the raw QR workflow.

When to reach for an unlisted link

A long URL can make a dense QR pattern. A hosted unlisted link gives it a shorter address to encode, while adding ČITTAM as the redirect service. Choose a static hosted link for a fixed destination or, with an active Starter or Pro plan, a dynamic QR link for destination changes. Test the finished code at its intended print size before distributing it.
