Top-up credits

Extra unlisted-link credit pricing appears after your billing region loads. Minimum top-up is 10 credits; paid ČITTAM Credits do not expire.

Launch bonus

Free top-ups keep your one account-wide bonus available. The first successful top-up started on Starter gets 2× credits; on Pro, 4×. Failed, cancelled, or abandoned checkouts do not use it.

How billing works

Do credits expire?

Paid ČITTAM Credits do not expire. Plan-quota credits last their billing cycle and do not carry over. Promotional credits carry their stated expiry.

What uses a credit?

Only minting an unlisted link. Creating QR records — and re-exporting them as print, PDF, or HTML — is free and unlimited; a credit is spent once per unlisted link you mint.

Are credits refundable?

Credit purchases are final except for duplicate charges or billing errors.
