Top-up credits

Free top-ups keep your one account-wide bonus available. The first successful top-up started on Starter gets 2× credits; on Pro, 4×. Failed, cancelled, or abandoned checkouts do not use it.

How billing works

Do credits expire?

Paid ČITTAM Credits do not expire. Plan-quota credits last their billing cycle and do not carry over. Promotional credits carry their stated expiry.

What uses a credit?

QR records and exports are free and unlimited. A static hosted link costs 1 credit on any plan. Creating a dynamic QR requires an active Starter or Pro plan and 2 credits; changing its destination requires an active Starter or Pro plan and 1 credit. Renaming and scan-count settings are always free.

Are credits refundable?

Credit purchases are final except for duplicate charges or billing errors.
